1. Driver Eligibility & Documentation

Drivers must be 25 years or older and have held a valid driving licence for at least 3 years.

Additional drivers must be registered and meet the same requirements.

A valid passport/ID and a credit or debit card in the driver’s name are required.

Licences in non-Roman alphabets must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit or certified translation.

2. Vehicle Usage & Restrictions

Vehicles must not be driven across the border into Northern Cyprus or outside the Republic of Cyprus.

Prohibited use includes motorsports, towing, transporting hazardous or illegal goods, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Only authorised drivers may operate the vehicle.

Off-road driving is strictly prohibited.

3. Booking & Payments

Short Term Rentals (Daily and up to 1 Month)

• Available rental terms: Daily and up to 1 Month
• Holding Deposit: €300
• Advance Payments: The cost of your rental is required in advance of collecting your chosen vehicle.

Mid-Term Rentals (Over 1 Month – 3, 6 or 9 Months)

• Available rental terms: 3, 6 or 9 Months
• Holding Deposit: €500
• Advance Payments: Monthly payments must be made upfront and in advance of collecting your chosen vehicle.

Long Term Rentals (12-Month Contract)

• Available rental term: 12 Months
• Holding Deposit: One (1) month’s rental
• Advance Payments: One (1) month’s rental must be paid in advance of collecting your chosen vehicle.

Payment Terms:

• All holding deposits and payments must be made in advance
• Failure to make timely payments may result in penalties or termination of the rental agreement

4. Cancellations & Changes

Changes allowed up to 48 hours before pickup (€20 fee applies).

Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged up to 3 rental days.

No-shows and early returns are non-refundable.

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.

If not, refuelling charges apply (market rate + €15 service fee).

Prepaid fuel options are available.

6. Mileage Limit

Daily bookings: Unlimited mileage.

Weekly & long-term rentals: 1,500 km per week limit.

Excess mileage: €1 per additional kilometre.

7. Insurance Coverage

All rentals include fully comprehensive insurance (third-party liability, collision, and theft).

Standard Excess: €1,500

Windscreen Excess: €850
Insurance is valid only when payments are up to date and all rental terms are met.

8. Accident & Roadside Procedure

In case of accident or breakdown, you must:

Remain at the scene until authorities arrive
Failure to comply may void insurance coverage.

9. Optional Cover Add-ons

Tyre & Glass Cover – Waives liability for tyre and window damage.

Roadside Protection – Covers lockouts, jumpstarts, and fuel delivery (excludes key replacement).

10. Renter Liability

You are responsible for:

Traffic/parking fines, tolls, plus a €25 admin fee per fine

Key loss/damage (replacement + €25 admin)

Cleaning and fuel charges if returned in poor condition

Damage from unauthorised use or breach of terms

11. Pick-Up & Return

Late returns: Charged at 1/5 of the daily rate per hour.

Early returns: Non-refundable.

Vehicle must be returned to the agreed branch unless otherwise approved.

12. Vehicle Inspection

A condition report will be completed at pickup. Any unreported damage at return will be charged.

13. Data Protection (GDPR)

We collect and store personal data as required by law.

You may request access to or deletion of your data.

Data will only be shared with authorities when legally required.

14. Repossession Rights

We may repossess the vehicle at any time if misused, unpaid, or terms are breached.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.

16. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

It is legally binding in both English and Greek.

Only written contract terms are enforceable.

17. Telematics & Immobilisation

All vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking and immobilisers.

Breaching terms (e.g., unauthorised border crossing) may result in remote immobilisation.

Recovery costs and fines will be charged to the renter.

18. Payment Responsibility & Maintenance Notification

Late payments may result in penalties or vehicle immobilisation.

You must notify us immediately if:

An accident occurs

A warning/fault light appears

The vehicle is damaged or unsafe (e.g., tyres, lights)

Payment Terms

Deposit – Dependant on your selected rental term a €300 or €500 refundable security deposit required before vehicle release. Returned after rental minus any charges.

Full Payment – Rental must be paid before or at pickup (unless agreed in writing).

Accepted Payment Methods – Cash (receipted), bank transfer, or card payment. Payment must clear before handover.

Late Return Fees – €15 per hour, unless extension approved in advance.

Unpaid Charges – Renter is liable for fines, excess mileage, cleaning, refuelling, or damages.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur one day’s rental charge.

Please Note

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition.
• Smoking and animals are not permitted. Breach results in a fine and loss of deposit.
• Only authorised drivers may drive the vehicle.
• The hirer is responsible for all traffic violations during the rental.
• No refunds for early returns.
• Any disputes will be handled under Cyprus law.
